These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the TurfVilla website and the purchase of our products and services. By using our website or engaging our services, you agree to these terms in full.

2. Services

TurfVilla provides supply and installation of artificial grass, flooring products, and related materials in Dubai and across the UAE. All services are subject to availability and site assessment.

3. Quotes & Pricing

All quotes provided are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated. Final pricing may vary based on site conditions discovered during installation. Any additional work will be communicated and approved before proceeding.

4. Payment Terms

A deposit is required upon project approval. The remaining balance is due upon completion of installation. Payment methods include bank transfer, cash, and cheque. Late payments may incur additional charges.

5. Installation

Installation timelines are estimates and may be affected by weather, site conditions, or material availability. TurfVilla will communicate any delays promptly. The client is responsible for ensuring clear access to the installation area.

6. Warranties

Product warranties are provided by the respective manufacturers and vary by product type. TurfVilla provides a workmanship warranty on installation. Warranty claims must be reported promptly with supporting documentation.

7. Cancellation & Refunds

Cancellations made before materials are ordered may receive a full deposit refund. Once materials are ordered or work has commenced, deposits are non-refundable. Custom or cut-to-order materials cannot be returned.

8. Limitation of Liability

TurfVilla shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific product or service in question.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Dubai, UAE.
